“Shop BCC. Pass it On.” invited Brampton residents to discover Bramalea City Centre’s improved brand offering. With a built-in call to action, “Pass it On” established a word of mouth buzz with consumers, retailers, and prospective tenants.

A fully integrated campaign heralded by a multi-media platform, “Pass it On” featured outdoor, direct mail and e-tailing, and promoted time-sensitive incentives and promotions directly to the centre’s target groups.

Campaign creative was adapted to announce new stores and attract prospective retailers on hoarding and leasing materials. Total mall sales in the 12-month period following the campaign launch increased by 5.1%.
